Mentoring junior resources in the team Performs analysis of the existing systems producing documents which can help developers on the system definition. Works with business partners on gathering requirement and helps developer on the SQUAD backlog. Understands Squad KPI s and work towards helping the Squad meet the KPI s. Contribute on development activities and also enabling the skill development in the chapter working with chapter leads. The Skills that are Key to this role Technical Hands on experience in the technology stack - Quadient Designer, Quadient Scaler. Hands-on experience in designing and developing industry standard CCM solutions. Good to have the experience in Quadient Interactive and Quadient Express Good to have the working experience in OpenText Exstream. Ability to troubleshoot and work on production issues. Behavioral Passion for technology and troubleshooting complex problems.
