Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Purpose:

You will support streamlining and automating the deployment, monitoring, and management of applications in cloud
environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. You will act as the bridge between development and operations bysupporting implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, optimizing cloudinfrastructure, and enhancing system performance and security towards achieving larger organizational objectives to facilitateseamless collaboration between development and operations teams to enhance the speed and quality of software delivery andits operations.Reporting Manager: Service Deliver ManagerThis an Individual Contributor role

Stakeholders Managment:
o Collaborate with development team, Cloud Security Team, and operations teams to support projectrequirements, deploying and managing application and resolve issues.o Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.o Continuously explore and evaluate new solutions to enhance the cloud infrastructure and DevOps processesEducation & Work ExperienceBachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field4-6 Years of experience as DevOps EngineerIn-Depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, specifically Azure or AWS or other cloud platformHands on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar languages.Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationStrong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar technologiesProficient in Linux and typical Unix toolsExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, strong abstraction capabilities and ability to troubleshoot complexissues in production environment.Knowledge of best practices in disaster recovery planning and execution Independent and autonomous approach to workA strong focus on customers and resultsExcellent communication, collaboration skills, ability to work in a team and a professional attitude.Willing to provide on-call support as and when needed.
