Description
As a Software Architect at FIS, you will be involved in understanding the big picture and participating in architectural approaches for software design and implementation. Your responsibilities will include participating in and leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) for upcoming technologically or functionally complex initiatives on the development roadmaps. Additionally, you will be conducting Research and Development (R&D) on new/advanced technology concepts and applying them in the product to enhance the product and its service offerings. Providing high-level solution design for roadmap items, coordinating with other product architects, and ensuring that developed software meets quality, performance, and scalability requirements are crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers, coaching SCRUM teams on Design and Coding best practices, and conducting trainings and knowledge sharing sessions for the development community.
