Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration Microsoft Teams Basic IP Telephony and Collaboration using Microsoft Teams. This role involves designing and implementing cloud solutions that enhance collaboration and communication within the organization contributing to our mission of driving innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Design and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance collaboration and communication across the organization. Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication. Provide technical expertise in Basic IP Telephony to support and enhance telecommunication systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams with other collaboration tools. Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes to ensure clarity and consistency. Analyze current cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security. Lead initiatives to migrate existing systems to cloud-based platforms ensuring minimal disruption. Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues proactively. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of Microsoft Teams. Evaluate new cloud technologies and tools to determine their potential benefits for the organization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cloud-related activities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored cloud solutions. Drive innovation by exploring new ways to leverage cloud technology for business growth. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration and Collaboration. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Basic IP Telephony and its integration with cloud solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Have a proven track record of successfully implementing cloud-based solutions. Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and architectures. Display strong communication skills to effectively train and support team members. Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
