Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Closing Manager at Global Property Expo - Rest Of Maharashtra. The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the closing processes, ensuring funding and loan processes are completed efficiently, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients. Daily tasks include overseeing the preparation of closing documents, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction post-closing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing Closings and overseeing the Funding processes
• Proven Sales abilities with experience in Loans and Mortgage Lending
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
