Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager for Global Property Expo - Rest Of Maharashtra at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the entire closing process, including funding, sales, and mortgage lending. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with clients and financial institutions, ensuring accurate documentation, and finalizing loan and property transactions.

• Experience in Closings and Funding
• Strong skills in Sales and Mortgage Lending
• Knowledge and competency in Loans
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
