Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Closing Manager role located in Pune. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring timely funding, and maintaining compliance with regulatory policies. The role involves coordinating with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth completions of sales and loans. The Closing Manager will also ensure consistent communication and excellent service delivery to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Closings, funding processes, and related documentation
• Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and build client relationships
• Familiarity with Loans and Mortgage Lending practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Relevant experience in real estate or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
