Role Overview: You will be working as a Closing Manager in the Sales department at Homesync, a dynamic real estate solutions company based in Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the sales operations of residential real estate properties in a specific region or market. This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms. - Understand clients" needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions. - Conduct negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and ensure fair dealing. - Monitor local market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate post-closing tasks such as fund disbursement, document recording, and final reporting. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. - Engage in client negotiations to ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to deal closure. - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure compliance with RERA regulations. - Analyze the competitive landscape, property market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing department for aligned messaging, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Qualification Required: - Confident with a pleasant personality - Passionate towards sales - Fluent in English communication - Capable of speaking English, Hindi, and Marathi - Good understanding of consumer behavior - Proficient in delivering effective presentations and real estate calculations - Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate laws and RERA regulations - Advanced knowledge of real estate software, CRM systems, and document management platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Willingness to travel across locations - Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines under pressure - Client-focused mindset with tactful handling of sensitive situations About Homesync: Established in September 2020, Homesync is a real estate solutions company in Mumbai dedicated to driving innovation and growth.
