Role Overview: As a Closing Manager at Homesync, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential real estate properties in a specific region or market. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Additionally, you will build and maintain client relationships and stay updated on market trends to adapt to changing conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms. - Understand clients" needs and financial abilities to offer suitable solutions. - Conduct negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. - Monitor local market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Coordinate post-closing tasks such as fund disbursement, document recording, and final reporting. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. - Engage in client negotiations to ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to deal closure. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure compliance with RERA regulations. - Maintain detailed transaction records for audits, dispute resolution, and legal purposes. - Analyze the competitive landscape, property market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing department to align messaging, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
