Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary (Clinical Trial Team Leader)

Oversees and manages clinical trial execution.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, timelines, and quality metrics.
Provides cross-functional leadership and strategic planning.
Supervises study teams to deliver successful trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams (ops managers, team leads, quality analysts, support staff).
Mentor team members; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance; address risks, issues, and deviations.
Manage client onboarding, workflows, quality assurance, and process optimization.
Deliver operational reports and performance updates to senior management.
Act as main client contact; ensure professional communication.
Build strong client relationships through proactive and accurate support.

Areas of Expertise

Medical Record Interpretation
: Skilled in analyzing medical records; adheres to confidentiality and data security standards.
Medical Terminology & Clinical Knowledge
: Solid understanding via formal training and hands-on experience.
Research
: Experience in clinical trials and patient data management.
EMR & Clinical Systems
: Proficient in Power Chart, OnCore, and other clinical trial management/data entry tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education
:

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.

Experience
:

58+ years of experience in clinical research (BPO/KPO setting).
24+ years in a leadership or management role.

Communication Skills
:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills
:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
