Job Description

Manage the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, adhering to its operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Ensure financial success by managing budget and maximizing profits.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional performance and service quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management is required.
Possess strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front-line staff supervision and training.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential.
