Clinical Trial Lead

As a Clinical Trial Lead at our company, your role will involve efficiently managing day-to-day operations of the trial, including recruitment, retention, training, appraisal, and supervision of the trial team members. You will be responsible for establishing procedures to ensure adherence to trial protocols and administrative requirements. Your duties will also include ensuring timely recruitment of trial participants, monitoring trial progress, managing trial budgets, and acting as the point of contact for all external and internal agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Efficient day-to-day management of the trial - Recruitment, retention, training, appraisal, and supervision of trial team members - Establishment of procedures to ensure adherence to trial protocols and administrative requirements - Timely recruitment of trial participants with secure randomization processes and efficient data management - Monitoring trial progress to ensure compliance with the project plan and identifying and rectifying problems - Managing trial budgets and maintaining accounts - Coordinating the preparation and publication of data, reports, and information to meet legislative, contractual, and ethical requirements - Liaising with various controlling bodies, agencies, and frameworks to ensure project conformity and coordinating audit processes - Working with the Chief Investigator to meet trial targets, produce meaningful output, and plan for necessary changes - Planning and supporting meetings and work of various groups associated with the trial - Creation and maintenance of all trial files, including the trial master file, and oversight of site files Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Science - 6-8 years of experience in clinical trials If you are passionate about clinical trials and possess the required qualifications and experience, please send your resume to apurohit@cliantha.com.,
