Clinical Trial Lead

As a Clinical Trial Lead at our company, your role involves efficiently managing the trial on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, retaining, training, appraising, and supervising the trial team members. - Establishing procedures to ensure adherence to trial protocols and administrative requirements. - Ensuring timely recruitment of trial participants with secure randomization processes and efficient data management. - Monitoring trial progress to ensure compliance with the project plan and identifying, evaluating, and rectifying problems. - Managing the trial budget(s) and maintaining the accounts. - Acting as the point of contact for all external and internal agencies. - Coordinating the preparation and publication of data, reports, and information to meet legislative, contractual, and ethical requirements. - Understanding the requirements of various controlling bodies, agencies, and frameworks to guide the project in conforming to those requirements. - Liaising with the Trials Steering Committee and Data Monitoring and Ethics Committee to ensure compliance with Research Governance, Good Clinical Practice, Data Protection, and Ethical Requirements. - Working with the Chief Investigator to ensure the trial meets its targets, produces meaningful output, and planning changes when necessary. - Planning and supporting the meetings and work of various groups and bodies associated with the trial. - Creating and maintaining all trial files, including the trial master file, and overseeing site files.
