Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi/Gurugram for a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to all clients. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, developing and monitoring personalized care plans, managing case loads, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology skills
• Supervisory Skills and Clinical Supervision experience
• Case Management expertise
• Experience in healthcare settings is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi/Gurugram
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
