Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical SAS Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring clinical research professionals. This is a Full-time role, ideal for working professionals or consultants looking to contribute to talent development in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training modules on Clinical SAS programming
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time case studies
• Evaluate learners’ performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure alignment with current industry trends, regulatory expectations, and real-world applications
• Support learners with mentorship and guidance throughout the training lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Clinical SAS programming
• Strong foundation in clinical research processes, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience or exposure to Critical Care Medicine and Research Methodologies is an advantage
• Proficiency with SAS 9.4 software and SQL
• Familiarity with R programming language
• Proven ability to deliver training sessions effectively (in-person or virtual)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• SAS Certification is highly desirable
• Master's degree in clinical research, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
