Clinical Research Volunteer Recruiter

As a Study Participant Recruiter, your role involves developing and implementing strategies to attract potential study participants through various channels such as community outreach, social media, and partnerships. You will distribute recruitment materials like brochures and advertisements to promote clinical trial opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting phone interviews to assess volunteer eligibility based on study-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria. - Scheduling and coordinating screening appointments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of volunteer information. - Obtaining and verifying informed consent from participants, ensuring they understand study procedures and risks. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date participant records in recruitment databases and electronic health records systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. - Assisting in obtaining informed consent from participants and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. - Collaborating with study coordinators and regulatory affairs personnel to ensure adherence to protocol requirements. - Serving as the primary point of contact for potential participants, providing information about clinical trials, eligibility criteria, and study procedures. - Coordinating participant travel arrangements and logistical support for visits if necessary. - Notifying study volunteers of study participation status and responding to volunteer questions and comments. - Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to reach target populations and maximize participant enrollment in clinical trials. - Monitoring and tracking recruitment metrics and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. In addition to the above responsibilities, the job also involves working full-time and may require availability for day shifts, morning shifts, and weekends. The work location is in-person.
