Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants, explaining study protocols and assessing initial eligibility. Coordinate and schedule screening appointments for interested volunteers. Maintain and update accurate records of participant information in the recruitment database. Make confirmation calls for screening appointments and notify participants of study participation status. Work closely with the clinical research team to ensure sufficient recruitment for each study. Collect and organize necessary documents required prior to participant entry into the screening process. Address participant inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹450.00 per day Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
