Clinical Research Volunteer Recruiter

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract study participants through various channels. This includes community outreach, social media, and partnerships. You will distribute recruitment materials such as brochures and advertisements to promote clinical trial opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct phone interviews to assess volunteer eligibility based on study-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scheduling and coordinating screening appointments for potential participants - Obtaining and verifying informed consent from participants - Maintaining accurate participant records in recruitment databases - Assisting in obtaining informed consent and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed - Collaborating with study coordinators and regulatory affairs personnel - Serving as the primary contact for potential participants, providing information about clinical trials - Coordinating participant travel arrangements and logistical support if required - Monitoring recruitment metrics and milestones to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare or life sciences - Previous experience in clinical research or recruitment preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of privacy regulations and informed consent processes This position offers full-time employment and is suitable for freshers.
