Qualifications And Skills A master's degree in psychology or a related field such as an MA Psychology or MSc Psychology is required for this role. Deep understanding of clinical psychology principles to effectively support student mental health and well-being. Strong analytical skills to assess and diagnose mental health conditions and provide appropriate interventions. Proficient in counseling therapy techniques to address a wide variety of cognitive, emotional, and social challenges. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational staff. Experience in developing personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and student needs. Empathy and patience in dealing with emotional and behavioral issues to foster a supportive environment. Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators to create holistic educational strategies. Roles And Responsibilities Provide direct psychological services, including assessment, counseling, and therapy to students.
