Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to support our mental health interventions, particularly focusing on individuals with Mental Illness (MI) in the community. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing clinical support, conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and strengthening the mental health capacity of our field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions among beneficiaries.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to MI patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate psychological support when required.
• Guide and support community workers in managing complex mental health cases.
• Conduct training sessions and capacity-building workshops for field staff and volunteers.
• Maintain clinical records, ensure ethical practice, and uphold confidentiality.
• Coordinate with project teams and local health services for referral and follow-up care.
• Participate in community outreach and awareness initiatives related to mental health.

• Darrang District (Sipajhar), Assam

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution (RCI registration preferred).
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic methods.
• Experience working in community settings or with marginalized populations is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: From ₹46,000.00 per month
