Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Ludhiana. The Clinical Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing mental health challenges and disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, providing therapy, developing personalized treatment plans, and offering clinical supervision where necessary. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining thorough records of patient progress are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health support
• Skills in Psychological Testing and related assessments
• Experience in Clinical Supervision and guiding other mental health professionals
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field; relevant licensure/certification required
• Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity in handling patient concerns
