Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for a Clinical Psychologist. The role involves conducting assessments, administering psychological tests, providing therapy sessions, and creating treatment plans. The Clinical Psychologist will also offer clinical supervision, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in patient care planning. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation and contributing to research initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Psychological Testing
• Proficiency in Counseling Psychology and delivering effective therapeutic interventions
• Experience in Clinical Supervision and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field (mandatory licensure required)
• Previous experience within a mental health or rehabilitation setting is advantageous
• Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development
