Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients.

Conduct thorough medication histories and provide expert advice on medication interactions and side effects.

Develop and maintain accurate records of patient medications and treatments.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and medical research.

Provide education and training to patients and their families on medication use and management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).

Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and medical terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
