Key Responsibilities

• Review structured patient data

  (e.g. medication history, clinical forms) to identify whether requests meet predefined eligibility protocols

• Support repeat medication request processing

• Check timing, dosage, and prior approvals against SOPs
• Flag requests for UK clinical review

• Log and escalate adverse events

  using structured templates

• Assist with pharmacy coordination

  , including delivery tracking, product lookups, and stock status confirmation
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all activity
• Follow all UK clinic SOPs, escalation rules, and access policies
• Work closely with a UK-based clinical team (asynchronous and real-time via chat or email)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or higher)
• 2+ years experience in pharmacy, clinical ops, or healthtech
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured workflows
• Comfortable working night shifts or UK business hours if required
• Ability to follow SOPs and escalate appropriately — not make clinical decisions
