Clinical Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Team Lead in the clinical trial administration field, your main responsibilities will include selecting, training, and developing a team consisting of CTAs, CRAs, or a mix of roles. You will be in charge of managing staff time, time off, and conducting salary reviews. It will be your duty to uphold quality and performance standards for clinical trial administration, ensuring they are well-documented and understood by the team. Additionally, you will work towards maintaining billing rates at appropriate levels, liaise with other managers for staff allocation assessment, and identify team members available for potential studies. Your role will also involve maintaining a staff allocation database and performing any other duties as required.
