Job Description

VS Hospitals is looking for CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR / NURSE EDUCATOR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Clinical Instruction:

Conduct practical training sessions for healthcare students in clinical settings.
Demonstrate and explain medical procedures, techniques, and protocols. Provide hands-on guidance to students during patient care activities. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in healthcare practice.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with academic staff to develop and update clinical curriculum.
Integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application in clinical settings. Stay updated on advancements in healthcare practices and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.

Student Evaluation:

Assess and evaluate students' clinical performance and competencies.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and professional development. Conduct periodic evaluations to measure students' progress.

Supervision and Mentorship:

Supervise students during clinical rotations and internships.
Serve as a mentor, offering guidance and support for students' academic and professional growth. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and academic faculty.
Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure a smooth learning experience for students. Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to enhance the overall learning experience.

Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in healthcare education.
