Description

We are looking for a Content Lead who can transform complex clinical data, product specifications, and scientific insights into clear, compelling, and engaging content across multiple formats and channels.

The Content Lead will be the bridge between clinical data, product knowledge, and creative execution. This role requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities from understanding deep technical content to making it digestible and engaging for different stakeholders including clinicians, hospitals, distributors, and patients.

They will collaborate closely with the design, digital, and product teams to ensure every piece of content — from website copy and whitepapers to brochures, videos, and campaigns — is medically accurate, brand-aligned, and visually powerful.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the content calendar across our products & services.
  • Translate business objectives and campaign goals into structured content roadmaps for web, social, email, and sales enablement.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form scientific data into visual, digital-first content.

2. Content Creation & Editing

  • Write and edit high-precision content including blogs, brochures, whitepapers, newsletters, website copy, video scripts, and marketing collaterals.
  • Adapt medical and technical information into audience-appropriate language (HCPs, distributors, patients).
  • Ensure tone consistency: clinical, credible, and human-centered.
  • Maintain brand voice across our product/service ranges

3. Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the content anchor between clinical product specialists, inventors, manufacturers, marketing, and design teams.
  • Work closely with clinicians and sales teams to gather insights, data, and success stories for case studies, testimonials, and CME content.
  • Brief design and video teams with clear, structured inputs for creating visual assets (carousels, explainer videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with SEO, digital, and paid marketing teams to optimize and distribute content across platforms.

4. Quality, Compliance & Brand Governance

  • Uphold accuracy and compliance with medical marketing regulations (CDSCO, ISO, etc.).
  • Proofread and fact-check all scientific and technical material.
  • Manage a repository of approved content for all product categories.
  • Ensure consistent usage of brand tone, terminology, and templates across touchpoints.

5. Performance & Analytics

  • Track engagement and effectiveness of content across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Work with the marketing analytics team to refine future content strategies based on measurable outcomes.
  • Keep a keen eye on number of leads generated via multiple channels & track channel/platform growth, defining content strategy accordingly and reconfiguring when necessary.
