Job Description

Key Responsibilities Product Training & Education: Conduct hands-on, on-site training and post-installation education sessions for physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ICU staff. Deliver structured in-service programs to support both new and experienced users in effective equipment operation and protocol adherence. Clinical Support: Provide real-time support during ICU onboarding and initial patient cases to ensure correct clinical application of ventilator and life-support devices. Extend on-ground or remote support at short notice for troubleshooting and user confidence-building. 3 Pre-sales & Technical Liaison Assist the sales team with clinical presentations and product demonstrations during evaluations or tender processes. Serve as a clinical point of contact for hospitals, helping interpret data, address product queries, and support clinical decision-making. User Feedback & Product Insights: Gather insights from end-users and clinical experiences to support continuous product development and internal feedback loops. Stay updated with current critical care protocols, technology advancements, and therapy guidelines to ensure relevant clinical engagement.
