Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our revenue targets by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. This role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Target Achievement

Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets as assigned.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Cross-Selling and Up-selling

Identify opportunities to sell complementary or higher-value products and services to existing customers.

Educate clients on the benefits of additional offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Customer Acquisition

Acquire new customers by converting leads into paying clients through proactive engagement and consultative selling.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers through various channels.

Retention and Customer Relationships

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Proactively address customer concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Pipeline Management

Ensure a robust pipeline of prospects by consistently following up on leads and engaging with potential clients.

Regularly update sales activities and progress in the CRM system.

Productivity and Reporting

Track daily sales activities and provide accurate reports on progress and performance.

Maintain and update CRM records promptly and ensure data accuracy.

Share product and solution-based quotes with customers in a timely manner.

Personal Development

Participate in regular skills and product knowledge training to stay updated with industry trends and offerings.

Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.

Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM tools.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Must be multilingual, with proficiency in English and Hindi, along with at least one additional language.
