As a Customer Success Manager at Watch Your Health (WYH), a leading Health-Tech provider in the Indian healthcare industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your location for this full-time on-site position will be in Thane. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients - Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new clients - Monitor client usage and proactively offer support - Address client concerns, issues, and escalations - Gather feedback for product improvement - Drive renewals and upsells Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Tech industry, with basic knowledge of Tech Product Development Process - B.Tech & Bsc degree - Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention - Strong Analytical Skills - Expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Watch Your Health (WYH) has been a key player in the Indian healthcare sector since 2015, offering customized wellness solutions to insurance companies, Pharma companies, Hospitals, and Path Labs.
