Client Success & Integration Executive - SMTP API

As a Client Success Executive at PhotonConsole (by Cheree Infomedia) in Indore (Hybrid), you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our SMTP Relay & Email Delivery platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to agencies, SaaS startups, marketers, and developers. - Pitching PhotonConsole's features and assisting clients with getting started. - Assisting in the setup of SMTP, DNS records, and API access with training provided. - Guiding new users through the onboarding process and ensuring smooth integration. - Providing friendly first-line support for basic delivery or setup queries. - Acting as the liaison between the client and our technical team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 02 years of experience in client-facing, pre-sales, onboarding, or support roles. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Basic understanding of APIs, SMTP, or email systems is considered a plus. - Eagerness to learn and develop in a tech-enabled B2B environment.
