Client Success Executive / Network Management Associate / Customer Success Associate

You will be responsible for managing relationships with new, existing, and experienced Consultants (Experts) utilizing our Internal tools while adhering to strict Compliance procedures (GDPR and PII) to ensure the highest quality of response and resolution. Your role will involve collaborating with other Customer Care and Network Management Team members globally. As a mediator between Third Bridge and external experts, your duties will include managing specialist relationships effectively to provide services to clients, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives promptly, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining a positive experience for stakeholders, answering queries through various communication channels, listening and responding to stakeholder needs and concerns, ensuring smooth handover between internal departments, and working collaboratively to meet assigned goals. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of relevant administrative and/or customer service experience, exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask, proficiency in cultivating and managing relationships with senior executives, conflict management skills, flexibility in time management across international time zones, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
