Client Servicing Professional

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Professional located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing support for portfolio management services. Daily tasks will include handling client communications, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Knowledge of Portfolio Management and Financial Services
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in client servicing or financial services is a plus
