Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
Manage clients end-to-end, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Attend client meetings, interact via phone/email, and understand client needs accurately.
Solution Ideation:
Create presentations, conceptualize solutions, and develop ideas in line with client briefs. Guide clients in selecting the right solutions.
Event Planning & Execution:
Brief and coordinate with operations teams, manage vendor collaborations, and ensure timely setup and execution of events globally. Travel onsite as required to manage events.
Financial Management:
Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
Project Management:
Handle multiple key accounts and events simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Research industry trends, events, and publications to identify innovative ideas and solutions for clients.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide weekly schedules, updates, and feedback to higher management about client needs and project progress.
Problem Solving:
Address client objections, resolve concerns, and advise management on strategies to meet client expectations effectively.
