We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive/Manager with proven experience in pharma & healthcare marketing / communications. The role demands strong skills in client management, campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, and compliance. 👥 Client Management

Act as the primary contact for pharma & healthcare clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust & delivery

Understand client business objectives, brand strategy & therapeutic areas

📢 Campaign Management

Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print & events

Prepare proposals, campaign briefs & performance reports

Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines with cross-team collaboration

🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with medical writers, creative, digital & production teams

Ensure content accuracy, compliance & regulatory approvals

📊 Strategy & Insights

Provide strategic inputs based on market research & client goals

Optimize campaigns with insights & performance analysis

📝 Documentation & Compliance

Maintain updated project documentation

Ensure all promotional materials are MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approved

🎯 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field

✅ 2–3 years of client servicing/account management experience (pharma/healthcare preferred)

✅ Knowledge of healthcare/pharma regulations

✅ Strong communication, organizational & multitasking skills

✅ Ability to interpret & relay scientific/medical content effectively

🌟 Preferred Skills

✨ Prior experience in a healthcare communication agency
