Client Servicing Manager

We’re now looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can own relationships, manage projects, and be the bridge between client expectations and our creative + tech teams. We are looking for people based in New-Delhi only.

What You'll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for client relationships and day-to-day coordination
• Understand client goals deeply and translate them into actionable briefs
• Work with internal teams (creative, content, strategy, tech) to deliver campaigns, assets, and digital builds
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops with speed and clarity
• Present work, reports, and strategy decks with confidence and insight
• Proactively spot new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Keep track of campaign performance metrics and suggest optimizations
• Stay on top of digital trends, tools, and innovations to add value to client conversations

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of client servicing/account management experience in a digital or mainline agency
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and website project workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Trello/Asana, Google Workspace, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
• A knack for relationship-building, problem-solving, and calm-in-the-storm attitude
• Someone who can think on their feet, and also get things done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
