Client Servicing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern to join our team. You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Support the client servicing team in day-to-day account management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and take notes/action points.
• Follow up on client feedback and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis as needed.
• Contribute ideas for improving client satisfaction and service quality.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Previous internship or project experience in client servicing or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
