Type: Paid Internship - 3 months

We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern to assist with daily operations and enhance the efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and possess strong communication skills to support client interactions and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging content for social media posts.
• Manage the brand’s online reputation and respond to feedback.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports with the team and clients.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand client needs and help the team deliver creative solutions.
• Present ideas to clients, obtain approvals, and finalize plans.
• Provide feedback to ensure necessary revisions are made.
• Stay updated on trends across social media and news platforms.
• Create simple and effective presentations.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage tasks.
• Familiarity with social media trends and brand management.
• Basic knowledge of client servicing and account management.
