Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Film Shoot Production & Social Media within the Media, Entertainment, Advertising, TV, or Film Agencies industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various tasks including strong client coordination skills, managing digital influencers and TV/film talent, and ensuring timely execution of client briefs. Your passion for client servicing and building relationships with both existing and new clients will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, a deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends in digital entertainment is essential. You should also possess excellent knowledge of production processes, including planning, organizing, and executing shoots. Your responsibilities will include handling shoot coordination end-to-end, such as planning shoot timelines, coordinating with talent/influencers, booking crew, locations, and equipment, overseeing on-ground execution, and managing post-production timelines. You will also be responsible for coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Efficient data and content management, as well as support for all areas of production, will be part of your daily tasks. In addition, you will be expected to supervise and manage the production team, handle administrative tasks related to ongoing productions, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Being organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven are key attributes for this role. A strong understanding of brands, agency workings, and the entertainment industry, along with a proactive, solution-oriented, and team player mindset, are highly desirable.
