About the Role

Client Servicing Executive

What You’ll Do

·        Talk to clients regularly and build strong relationships with them.

·        Understand their needs and make sure they are using our product the right way.

·        Help solve any problems or issues they face.

·        Coordinate with our internal teams (like tech and sales) to ensure client issues are handled.

·        Be part of internal team huddles to share client feedback and find solutions.

·        Keep records of client details and communication in our system (CRM).

·        Train clients on how to use our product.

·        Keep them updated about new features or changes.

·        Look for opportunities to offer additional products or services that fit their needs.

What We’re Looking For

·        Graduate in any field (preferably business-related).

·        0–2 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or customer service (internship experience counts).

·        Good communication and people skills.

·        Basic knowledge of Excel and email tools.

·        Willingness to learn and be proactive.
