Responsibilities :
Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-personAssisting in brainstorming sessions with Creative teamIdentifying and resolving client queriesMaintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communicationsBuilding and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clientsResponding to client queries in a professional and timely mannerAssisting in the hiring process and providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruitsProviding clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the companyIdentifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clientsPerforming on-site visits and recceDrafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreementRaising invoices along with accounts team

Job Location : Dahisar Check Naka, 330, Sagar Industrial Estate, beside Mahanagar Gas Station, Dahisar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400068

Education : BMM/BMS/Bcom

Weekly Off : All Saturdays and Sundays Off

Rounds of Interview : Two

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
