Client Servicing Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Brief internal teams (creative, strategy, design, production) with clear and structured requirements.
• Coordinate projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met consistently.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks and maintain efficient project workflows.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong ownership and accountability.
• Analyse campaign results, provide insights, and support strategic recommendations.
• Support the development and execution of branding and advertising campaigns.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing within a creative/advertising/branding agency environment.
• Female candidates only, as per hiring requirements.
• Prior experience working on cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, or feminine brands (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of brand communication, campaigns, content creation, and 360° marketing.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of current digital, social media, and content trends—especially within beauty/cosmetic categories.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills for decks, reports, recaps, and strategic proposals.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and production functions.
