Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Events

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal teams
• Understand client requirements and develop effective briefs for the creative and production teams
• Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, logistics, and production
• Prepare and present event proposals, timelines, and budgets
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout project lifecycle
• Address client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support on-site event execution and client handling when needed
• Maintain records of all client interactions, feedback, and event outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel and be available for on-ground event support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
