The ideal candidate will have experience in handling client relationships and driving business growth within an advertising or creative agency environment. You’ll be the bridge between the client and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and consistent growth in accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client requirements, prepare briefs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency's client portfolio. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for new business development. Track ongoing campaigns and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to align client expectations with output. Maintain documentation, reports, and follow-ups on ongoing and potential projects. Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant experience in client servicing and/or business development, preferably in an advertising or digital agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
