Client Servicing & Account Management Lead

Job Summary:
Fotoplane Social is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Servicing & Account Management Lead with 2–4years of experience in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring top-quality service delivery. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns and deliverables exceed expectations while maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communications and expectations.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and project requirements, and ensure these are translated into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, video, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
  • Proactively share ideas, insights, and strategies to help clients achieve better results.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and campaign performance reports.
  • Maintain detailed account records, timelines, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
  • Resolve any conflicts, delays, or quality concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and share relevant insights with clients.
  • Support business development activities, including assisting with new client pitches.
  • Mentor and guide junior client servicing team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in client servicing, account management, or client relationship roles (preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency).
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools.
  • Mindset: Proactive, client-first approach with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
