Client Servicing

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Your role will involve serving as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring efficient delivery of their requirements. You will be expected to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new clients, coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, and track project status to communicate progress to clients regularly. You will also be responsible for staying updated on our products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to clients and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling based on client needs. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in client servicing or account management is required. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and work independently or as part of a team is crucial.
