Client Services Specialist

Role Overview: You will support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions to address clients" needs and objectives through collaboration with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Product. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all operational issues are well recorded and remediated in partnership with local Ops teams, delivering compelling presentations, establishing forums for coordination across the Product Solutions team, resolving relationship and account level queries of clients/fund managers, and being the escalation point of contact for Ops teams. Additionally, you will keep awareness of the latest product, process, business, and market updates, implement process improvements, enable technology adoption within the team, and collaborate with wider teams to manage efficiency through automation and remediation of manual tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions - Ensure all operational issues are well recorded and remediated - Deliver compelling oral and written presentations - Establish forums for coordination across the Product Solutions team - Resolve relationship and account level queries of clients/fund managers - Be the escalation point of contact for Ops teams - Keep awareness of the latest updates in product, process, business, and market - Implement process improvements - Enable technology adoption within the team - Collaborate with wider teams to manage efficiency through automation and remediation of manual tasks Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of overall work experience - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for coordination with senior external and internal stakeholders - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective escalation skills - Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project - Energetic self-starter with the ability to navigate the firm proactively and collaborate effectively - Strong program management skills, organization, and ability to develop achievable project plans - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different individuals and groups,
