Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview:

You’ll be the key bridge between clients and our technical execution teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction across high-profile events — from brand launches and concerts to weddings and corporate shows.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage key client accounts

• Lead servicing from pitch to post-event reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution

• Ensure rider requirements, budgets, and timelines are aligned

• Handle documentation, feedback, and escalation cycles

You Should Have:

• 5–7 years of experience in client servicing or project/account management in AV rental, event production, or experiential marketing

• Solid understanding of event tech (LEDs, trussing, projection, AV, playback)

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and project handling skills

• Agency/brand/production house experience is a bonus
