Job Description

Client Services Officer plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with the company's products and services. Your responsibilities will include identifying data inconsistencies, addressing business issues, and developing effective procedures. By leveraging your expertise in the industry and specialized knowledge, you will enhance client relations, manage inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client complaints. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing client feedback, striving for service excellence, and contributing to continuous service improvement. You will be expected to: - Provide Custody Services to both internal and external clients for settlement transactions. - Support various products and services within established systems and procedures. - Execute client transactions related to business, credit, and investment products while adhering to audit and compliance standards. - Collaborate with operational and middle office teams to resolve client issues effectively. - Utilize analytical thinking to identify process enhancements and support project implementations. - Uphold banking policies to maintain operational integrity and enhance client satisfaction. - Conduct client calls and service quality check-ins proactively. - Identify new business opportunities and refer them to product specialists. - Utilize Citi applications proficiently and contribute to service-related process enhancements. Qualifications for this role include: - 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Client Services role in Custody Settlements within the US market. - Proficiency in Custody processes and a good understanding of Reconciliations, including Cash and Stock Reconciliations. - Knowledge of Swift notifications and MT54Xs. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Prior experience in client-facing roles, operations, compliance, and knowledge of investments, banking, and custody products.
