Client Service Syndicated Loans Mid Office, Analyst

Role Overview: You will be part of the Client Service Syndicated Loans Mid Office team as an Analyst located in Mumbai, India. Your primary role will involve capturing financial and affirmative covenants in an internal system, handling extensions, amendments, waiver requests, and setting up deals in LS2. Your experience in the credit side or documentation will be valuable as you coordinate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to contribute significantly to the global Corporate Bank's Trade Finance and Lending Business. Key Responsibilities: - Managing different aspects of loan documentation from initiation to closing documentation. - Reviewing loan agreements, understanding technical clauses, initiating NCA for new clients, and conducting KYC-Validity Checks for existing clients. - Reviewing waivers, amendments, extensions, and updating the loan platform for new maturities. - Inputting financial and affirmative details into the loan platform after validation from CRM. Qualification Required: - Finance Graduate or Post-Graduate (preferably MBA) - Language skills: Proficiency in German language (Minimum certification requirement: B2) and Excellent level in English (speaking/reading/writing/listening).
